With over 20 years in the Law Enforcement/Security field, Steven has run the gamut of security positions from front-line to executive-level management. Steven received his law enforcement experience with the Department of Homeland Security. Steven transitioned to the private sector after his service to the federal government, becoming a security management professional. After establishing himself as a leader in the field, he became a Project Manager, a civilian contractor to Federal Protective Services and the Department of Homeland Security. At the beginning of 2022, Steven decided to create his own security company focused on training and the “professional” security officer. Steven believes that through education and training, security professionals will be more capable of providing the levels of service this industry strives to achieve. He aims to change the way we look at the security professional.

Steven holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Criminology, is a NYS Police certified Firearms Instructor, certified NRA Firearms Instructor, NYS DCJS Certified General Topics and Firearms Instructor, American Heart Association and American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, NYS Concealed Carry Weapons Instructor, ATF Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer in firearms and ammunition, and a NYS Notary Public.
